Sherifview Poem “Cold Winter Night”
It is cold, cold, cold
As you imagine it can be
There is no sun
There is no warmth
The blanket of darkness
Hangs in the air
The thick clouds
hug the skies above
The chilly air fiercely blows
One feels numb
No hot summer nights
No spring and flowers
No autumn crispy nights
No birds singing and cheering
It is winter night
It is the winter season
As you imagine it can be
There is no sun
There is no warmth
The blanket of darkness
Hangs in the air
The thick clouds
hug the skies above
The chilly air fiercely blows
One feels numb
No hot summer nights
No spring and flowers
No autumn crispy nights
No birds singing and cheering
It is winter night
It is the winter season
